Like many websites, we use cookies and other unique identifiers when your web browser or device accesses Qingniao services, as well as when Qingniao provides or is represented by other content on other websites. Does Bluebird Cloud disclose your personal information?

Customer information is an integral part of our business activities. We do not sell customers' personal information nor engage in any commercial activities involving the sale of such information to third parties. We disclose customer personal information only under the following circumstances, and the recipients are Bluebird subsidiaries (which must comply with this Privacy Statement or implement security measures no less stringent than those described herein):

Third-party transactions: We provide you with services offered by third parties within the Bluebird service framework or through such services. For example, you may order products through our store, download applications from suppliers to our app store, and activate third-party features via our services. We also collaborate with third parties to jointly provide services or sell product lines, such as co-branded credit cards. You can identify when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we will transmit customer personal information related to that transaction to that third party. Third-Party Service Providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include: fulfilling product or service orders, package delivery, mailing and emailing, customer list deduplication, data analysis, marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), payment processing, content delivery, assessing, analyzing, and managing credit risk, and providing customer support. These third-party service providers may need access to personal information necessary to perform their functions but are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We never disclose your name or other personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to receive app notifications, please adjust notification settings within the app or on your device. You may also choose not to use certain other types of data by updating settings on relevant Qingniao Cloud websites (e.g., “Content and Device Management”), devices, or applications. For device-specific details, see our Privacy Settings FAQ page. Most non-Qingniao devices also allow users to modify device permissions (e.g., toggle location services or contacts access). Can children use Qingniao services?

Qingniao does not sell products intended for purchase by children. Children's products we sell must be purchased by adults. Users under 18 years of age may only use Qingniao services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental or guardian consent. Specification: If we inadvertently collect personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians may contact customer service to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information. • Completing surveys, customer service requests, or contest entry forms;

· Uploading or streaming images, videos, or other files to Bluebird Cloud Services;

• Using our services;

• Creating playlists, watchlists, wish lists, or other gift lists;

• Participating in discussion forums or other community features;

• Submitting and rating reviews;

• Setting special event reminders; or using product inventory notification features (e.g., “Notify me when available”). Through these actions, you may provide us with the following information:

Identity information, such as your name, address, and phone number;

· Version and time zone settings: We may periodically aggregate your purchase and content usage history with similar information from other customers to create features such as bestseller lists;

· Complete clickstream data when accessing our website via Uniform Resource Identifiers (URLs), including access dates and times; products and content you viewed or searched for; page response times, loading errors, specific page dwell times, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse hovering);

· Phone numbers used to call our customer service hotline; and images or videos captured when shopping in our stores or stores using Qingniao Cloud Services.
